RPS (Rencanan Perkuliahan Semester)
The course focuses on basic concepts of morphology, how the analysis of words structure is done and sentence constructions. Students will learn about detailed study of word formation processes; internal structure of English words and morpheme structure; inflectional morphology; nature and types of morphemes- affixation (derivational and inflectional); word formation processes in English: derivation, compounding, invention, clipping, acronym, blending and how to analyze sentence structures including the principles, methods, and procedures of constructing and parsing phrase, clauses and sentences of English.
