Course Descriptions

This course is aimed not only to develop students’ reading competence in pleasure reading through fables,  stories, and some more books correlated with mastering comprehension skills through the use of reading techniques (scanning for key words, scanning for information, making inferences), to understand sentences, to look for topics, and to comprehend paragraphs from supporting details of the texts, but also to improve students’ vocabulary in understanding explicit information by identifying the meaning and the use of unfamiliar lexical items.

  1. Understand new vocabularies from fables and stories and get new experience by reading books for pleasure.
