RPS (Rencanan Perkuliahan Semester)
Intermediate Grammar is given to the third (2nd) semester students. This subject focuses on the compound sentences and complex sentences in different tenses and different voices. This subject is designed to facilitate the students in acquiring the knowledge of grammar at the level of intermediate, and to enhance students’ abilities in using them both in spoken or written English. The prerequisite subjects are : Fundamental Grammar.

Construct the complex sentences using Noun clause including the connectors used and its positions (as subject, object, or complement) - (S9, PP 13, PP 14, KU 2, KK 3) |

Construct the complex sentences using Adjective clause including the connectors used and its function (to modify subject, object, or possession) -(S8, PP 6, PP 13, PP 14, KU 2, KK 1) |
|
Construct the complex sentences using Adverbial clause including the connectors used and its function (to modify place, time, condition, contrast, purpose, cause and effect) - (S9, PP 13, PP 14, KU 2, KK 3) |

Produce Compound sentences and Complex sentences in written and spoken form (KU2, KU3, KU8, KK1, KK2, KK3) |
